FALL T.V.

Every fall anticipation takes over and the suspense of new t.v.overwhelms me. Of course every year has it's share of dissapointments.  New shows fail to live up to expectations and old shows fail to keep up to their previous standards. So far this year hasn't been any different.

TBL: The Beautiful life canceled after only two episodes. Sorry Sara Paxton but because the show failed to jump off, your biggest role to date is still Aquamarine. For some unknown reason I feel required to support Mischa Barton like I'm her mother. Maybe next time Mischa! Gossip Girl has been having a real hard time keeping me entertained. Guess I don't understand why everyone on the show is dating in real  life. I think it takes away from the character dynamic, making the roles in which they play unbelievable in a bad way. Heroes- not really sure where they are going this season, but I love it. One thing is for sure, if Adrian Pasdar or Zachary Quinto don't stay as series regulars, I will no longer support the show.

The most disappointing by far is Grey's Anatomy. Even though it's spin-off Private Practice has, Grey's has failed to deliver anything good. T.R. Knight an original cast member left the show. To me, this has caused an unnatural balance in the show. It's not the same. The Forgotten, Eastwick and Accidentally On Purpose I just don't know yet. Are you good? No. But it's too early to give up? Perhaps I'll give each one, one more week, after that my DVR series manager will be updated. Hank, The Middle, Modern Family, Cougar Town and Flash Forward are all AWESOME! Can't really see Flash Forward lasting for more than 2 seasons, how would it work?

My Thursday night is a little out of sync because The CW moved Smallville to Friday.  I guess I shoudn't complain about this and just be happy the show isn't canceled.  The Vampire Diaries still new and I still don't know. I like vampires. I like Ian Somerhalder. I like Ian Somerhalder as a vampire. But for some reason I can't decide if I like Nina Dobrev as Elena. Nina is very pretty, but I think this is an obvious choice in which the casting director should've done better.  Supernatural still kicks ass and takes names. Sam and Dean can do no wrong in my world.  Although I am curious as to why Paris Hilton will be there next week?

The final season of Nip/Tuck starts next week and I can't wait.  One thing that Nip/Tuck has done for me since day one, is never let me down.  Even when I start to ask myself WTF? They bring it all together and leave me in awe. It will be so sad to see it go.
